Built for the first minute of a bad day.

Rapid Restoration is a 24/7 water, fire and mold restoration company covering all of Nassau and Suffolk County. We rebuilt its site from WordPress to Webflow: call-first on every screen, with a page for every job homeowners search for mid-emergency.

The challenge

Visitors are not browsing. They want someone on the way.

People arrive with water on the floor or smoke in the walls. The site had to put the phone number in front of them at once, then prove in seconds that the company is licensed, insured and works with their insurer.

Our approach

One decision on every page: call now.

Tap-to-call and “Get Emergency Help” sit on every screen. The proof a stressed homeowner needs comes next: response time, years on Long Island, review ratings and the insurers billed directly.

For visitors still comparing, eight service pages, an Areas Served hub and a blog on restoration costs answer the questions they search for.

Results

Trust before the visitor has to ask.

Insurance carriers, ratings and response time now show before the first scroll, and every service has its own page for search. Performance results will be added once the post-launch data is in.

Questions
What should a restoration company website include?

A phone number on every screen, a page for each service (water, fire, mold, smoke, sewage) and clear proof: licensing, insurance billing, reviews and response time. Pages answering cost questions help homeowners who are comparing before they call.

How do water damage restoration companies get more leads online?

Rank for each emergency separately. A dedicated water damage page outranks a generic services page, and cost-guide articles capture homeowners researching before they call. Make calling one tap away on mobile.

Why move a restoration website from WordPress to Webflow?

Emergency leads cannot wait on a slow or broken site. Webflow removes plugin updates and conflicts, runs on managed hosting, and lets the team publish new service and cost pages without a developer.
